I heard about Pete Walker‘s book from a deconstruction podcast and honestly it’s the best book I read all last year when it comes to navigating all the hurt. I had it on Audible, which helps when you’re feeling overwhelmed, but then I ended up ordering it in paperback so I could go to specific chapters and reread them.
